In Milford, Michigan, a new Pulte 55 plus community is taking shape—and at the heart of it stands a stunning new clubhouse designed to serve as the development’s social and recreational hub. Behind its expansive glass, dramatic lines and sun-filled spaces is the craftsmanship of Clinton Valley Products, one of ABC SEMI’s newest member companies.

For CVP, this project represents more than another successful installation. It reflects years of family dedication, steady growth and a commitment to quality that has shaped the company since its founding nearly two decades ago.

Clinton Valley Products began in 2007, launched by Mark Juliano after spending years building his career in the window and glazing industry. His son, Mark Jr., joined in 2011, bringing hands-on fabricating expertise that helped the company gain momentum.

In 2015, the final piece of the family puzzle clicked into place when Jonathan Juliano stepped in on the glazing side—officially making CVP a full family operation. Together, the Julianos built a company where each partner managed their own projects from estimating to installation and invoicing, ensuring accountability and consistency. As demand grew, the company expanded its office staff and field crews, evolving into the well-established operation it is today. CVP now employs roughly 20 skilled trades professionals in the field, supported by a robust office team that keeps projects running smoothly.

“We’ve all grown up in this industry in one way or another,” Jonathan said during the tour. “What makes Clinton Valley Products special is that every member of our family brings something different, and we all take pride in the quality of our work.”

Despite its growth, CVP has stayed rooted in its family-centered values: pride in workmanship, clear communication and earning customer trust through reliable performance.

Their recent work on the Milford clubhouse is a perfect example of the complexity and precision the CVP team is known for. The building’s architectural requirements were so intricate that construction had to be completed in three separate sections—an unusual step for a community amenity structure.

“These were very detailed clubhouse plans to be working on,” Jonathan explained. “There were moments where we were installing windows before the roof was even framed, just to stay aligned with the build sequence.”

The clubhouse has several Nanawall doors.

The roof structure alone required 400 trusses and more than 4,000 nails, underscoring the scale of the engineering effort. The entire clubhouse was also elevated 17 feet above the original grade and positioned in front of a man-made pond, maximizing its visibility and creating a beautiful backdrop for residents.

But the true visual centerpiece of the clubhouse is the extensive use of glass. CVP supplied and installed an array of window types—including standard units, trapezoid windows placed high in the main gathering area for improved natural light and several impressive NanaWall systems. NanaWall, known for its customizable, large-scale movable glass walls, allows spaces to transform instantly between indoor comfort and open-air access. In this clubhouse, these NanaWall doors connect the indoor pool area, main lounge and other shared spaces to the outdoors. When opened in warmer months, residents can enjoy fresh air and scenic views throughout the building. Even more notable, these particular systems are designed to sit flush with the floor, enhancing ADA accessibility and creating a seamless transition between spaces.

“The NanaWall systems were a game changer for this design,” Jonathan said. “They give the clubhouse a really open, resort-style feel and the flush floor track improves ADA accessibility, which was important to the developer.”

For a full month, CVP’s team was onsite to complete the building’s window and wall system installation—carefully coordinating intricate placements, unusual dimensions and high structural demands.

As Clinton Valley Products steps into ABC SEMI membership, this project serves as an excellent introduction to who they are: a skilled, family-run business committed to delivering superior window and glazing solutions with accuracy, professionalism and pride.

Their contribution to the Milford clubhouse show cases not only technical expertise, but an under standing of how glass and light shape a building’s experience. By maximizing natural light, enhancing accessibility and creating flexible gathering spaces, CVP helped ensure the clubhouse will be a standout feature for the entire residential community.
