ABC Emerging Professionals

Emerging Professionals is an organization created by our chapter in 2018 to engage and help build future construction leaders under 40. Leaders aren’t simply an older version of entry-level workers. They must be developed by their companies and by their industry. Trade associations can play an important role in that leadership growth.

There are three important areas we will help to develop your leaders. We will: expose professionals to other emerging leaders like themselves from a variety of different construction trades, giving them greater industry perspective, provide formal professional development training opportunities, and host social/networking activities and charitable events to allow our key organizational leaders to feel appreciated and respected by their employer.
